Electronic tabletop dosing machine with rotating table on legs, it is adjustable in height according to the size of the jars to be filled. It is possible to adjust the weight of the dosage on the display starting from 10g. Our rotary table dosing machine has been designed for dosing in particular honey, creams or dense or semi-dense products at a constant temperature (around 30 ° C). Possibility of higher temperatures with special tooling.
The key features of this tabletop doser are the product calibration accuracy and the product output speed, all features that can be selected thanks to the operator panel.
How to use:
manual: I can fill as much product as I want, with manual on off
Automatic: I select the recipe and it is repeated when the button / pedal is pressed
Sequential: repeats the recipe with a stop interval, it is not necessary to give the single command
Self-learning: I fill a jar as much as I want and save the recipe. There is no need to type in the settings by hand
conveyor: after selecting the recipe, it repeats the same with the automatic positioning of the jar
In normal conditions of the product the tolerance of this dispenser is ± 2 gr. Thanks to the head that sucks the product directly from the ripener, a simple and fast dosing can be obtained, without the risk of dripping thanks to the special nozzle.
The components are made entirely of stainless steel or plastic for food and can be easily disassembled for thorough cleaning, even in the dishwasher.
