Chain elevators are made in the standard version with a single or double lifting chain complete with a safety system.
The lifting trolley can be supplied complete with various optional extras as requested by the customer.

The structure is based on two or more parallel chains on which robust slats are mounted, creating a uniform and durable conveying surface. This allows pallets to be moved in an automatic sequence, reducing cycle times and manual intervention. The slats run on dedicated guides, ensuring smooth travel and protecting the load from contact with chains and lubricants. In addition, the drive motors are engineered to operate with low friction thanks to long‑lasting plastic components. Transport can be continuous or activated on demand, adapting to the needs of your production line.
Beyond pallets, the slat conveyor can also handle wheeled containers, crates, coils or sheets, offering versatility and stability even with heavy loads. Finally, integration with roller conveyors, lifts and palletisers enables the creation of an orderly and fully automated internal flow.

When installed flush with the floor, the conveyor allows forklifts or pallet trucks to pass over it when the belt is stopped.
In operation, it can handle pallets up to 1,500 kg.
Installation requires a pit at least 700 mm deep. Standard speed is 15 m/min at 50 Hz, and the system can be driven by an inverter.
