CONTINUOUS WAX FOUNDER, CALLED HONEY MELTER
Entirely built in stainless steel, it is intended for professional companies with high volumes of honey processed daily and, consequently, considerable quantities of wax to be managed.
It is placed under the uncapping line, then under the uncapping machine. The operculum and honey fall directly into the collection grid.
The water grill heated to 70 ° C melts the wax that separates from the honey (present in the main tank but at a different temperature) and other impurities by virtue of the different specific weights: wax floats, honey and impurities such as wood and propolisfall on the bottom. The wax is collected through a height-adjustable tube, which forms blocks. Another exit allows the collection of honey.
At the end of the day, once the grid has been raised, the tank can be emptied and cleaned easily.
It is fast and effective, it helps with honey extraction, all done at the same time. The hourly production depends on the quantity of hat and honey, on the speed of the uncorking line

Our wax melter — also known as a cappings melter — is designed for professional beekeeping operations that handle high volumes of honey and wax on a daily basis.
Made entirely of stainless steel, it is positioned beneath the uncapping line, collecting cappings and honey directly.
At the heart of the system is a water‑heated grid set at 70 °C, which melts the wax and separates it from honey and impurities (such as wood and propolis) through differences in specific weight: the wax floats, while honey and impurities settle.
