The Beautychetta labeler by CBE srl is easy to use. Just have the coils printed with the application direction, place the coil on the tape holder (Internal D. 76), wind the tape according to the indicated pattern, adjust the sensor, and you’re done!
It can label round containers from 35mmx50h diameter up to containers with D 100xh150mm. The maximum coil diameter is 135mm with transparency film thickness for optical reading.
With optical zero label reading, we always have correct winding.
There are no resets to be done every time!
Coils with built-in seal can be used. Just change the coil block pad (optional).
The seal closure is done manually by the operator. Scrap collector with aluminum cylinder and steel spring.

Commands: start, stop, forward, and reverse.
