Complete uncapping line consisting of:
Uncapping machine made entirely of stainless steel for the opening of the WARRE honeycomb operculum, with manual loading of the frames on the automatic feeding belts. Our uncapping machine is equipped with heated knives with electric resistances, whose depth and cutting speed can be adjusted.
If they are sealed under wood, the openers, also electrically heated, will open the cells.
It features a frame timing system to prevent them from entering crooked.
innovative chainless frame transport system for easy cleaning
Resting on a structure (of different lengths), it can have underneath either a collection tank for the operculum, or a screw juicer or a fondicera of our production.
Thanks to the transport system for uncovered frames, it is possible to facilitate the transition from the tank to the horizontal honey extractor. It can be equipped with an automatic supers conveyor belt.
The belt is equipped with a self-locking system to stop the supers and is equipped with an automatic frame lift and honeycomb detachment system, with pedal control or with a photocell to be installed on our uncapping machine, thanks to a pneumatic cylinder it is possible to raise the super after only the frames.

Our stainless‑steel uncapper is the core of a complete uncapping and honey‑extraction line for Warré frames, designed to ensure precision, hygiene and full automation during the cappings‑removal process.

The uncapper is equipped with electrically heated knives, with adjustable cutting depth and feed speed.
When cappings sit below the wood line, the electrically heated comb‑opening knives ensure complete cell opening.
The machine includes a frame‑spacing system to prevent misaligned entry, and an innovative chain‑free frame‑transport system for easier cleaning.
Mounted on a support structure (available in different lengths), it can be paired with a cappings collection tank, screw‑type cappings press or wax melter produced by CBE.
Thanks to the transport system for uncapped frames, the transition from the tank to the horizontal extractor is seamless.
The line can also be equipped with an automatic honey‑super conveyor belt.
The belt features an auto‑locking system to stop the supers and includes a frame‑lifting and automatic comb‑detaching mechanism, operated by foot pedal or photocell installed on the uncapper.
A pneumatic cylinder allows the operator to lift the super and then the frames independently.
