Our doser with rotating table is designed for dosing honey, creams, or dense or semi-dense products at constant temperature (around 30°C). Higher temperatures can be used with appropriate equipment. The key features of this tabletop doser are product calibration precision and product output speed, all selectable via the operator panel. Usage modes: – Manual: I can fill as much product as I want, with manual on/off. – Automatic: I select the recipe and it is repeated by pressing a button or pedal. – Sequential: it repeats the recipe with a stop interval, no need to give a single command. – Auto-learning: I fill a jar as much as I want and save the recipe. No need to enter settings manually. – Conveyor belt: once the recipe is selected, it repeats the same with automatic jar positioning. Under normal conditions, the tolerance of this doser is ± 2 gr. Thanks to the nozzle that aspirates the product directly from the container, simple and fast dosing can be achieved, without the risk of spillage. The components are made entirely of stainless steel or food-grade plastic and are easily removable for thorough cleaning, even in dishwashers. Optional: 5.9 kg stainless steel cone.
